Sibling Priority

HPPS has a large student body. If your older child is currently enrolled, your younger child is guaranteed a place through Phase 1 sibling priority. This is the most secure and common path for existing HPPS families.

Phase 2A

Alumni Route

High

HPPS has one of the largest alumni bases among non-affiliated schools. Former students who are alumni association members can register under Phase 2A. The large alumni pool means Phase 2A can be competitive in some years, but alumni children are still very likely to get in.

Phase 2B

Parent Volunteer + Grassroots

Medium

As a non-affiliated government school, HPPS Phase 2B admission is via two routes only: (1) Parent Volunteer — highly competitive with very limited slots; or (2) Grassroots Leader endorsement through your local RC/NC/RN. PV applications typically open in January and close within days due to overwhelming demand.

Phase 2B — Step-by-Step Guide

Phase 2B at Henry Park Primary School is via Parent Volunteer (PV) or Grassroots Leader. As a non-affiliated school, these are the only two Phase 2B paths. Competition is high as PV slots are limited.
